I learned that the key to getting each producer to write one new household per day boils down to these three things:
- Have 5 New Conversations lasting over 10 minutes each.
- Follow up with every hot lead daily by call, text, or email (these are prospects you’ve quoted but haven’t yet closed).
- Use the 6-Step Script To a One Call Close in every call.
We refer to these as our Three Daily Fundamentals.
