📝Check-In: Registration booth will open at 8:00 AM

📍Venue: Westin Los Angeles Airport, 5400 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90045

🚪Meeting Room: Los Angeles Ballroom C&D (Lobby Level)

🍽️Food: Lunch will be provided on-site by us

🚗Parking: See instructions below for details on parking & validation at check-in

We are expecting around 400 attendees, so you’ll definitely want to get there early.

Please be sure to arrive by 8:00 AM to allow time for parking and check-in.

That morning, there will be several check-in booths outside the ballroom. You’ll scan the QR codes at the event to determine which booth you and your team will need to go to for check-in.

If you purchased tickets as a group, that means your entire group will go to the same check-in booth.

Just follow the signs, and you’ll be okay, I promise.
