How we wrote $1.5M in P&C Premium (in 21 days)

Last month, we set a new agency record by writing $1.5M in P&C premium.
Here’s a summary of the month:
✅ Personal Lines Premium: $1,539,923
✅ Commercial Premium: $29,745
✅ New Households Sold: 589
✅ Average Premium Per Household (Personal Lines only): $2,614

These are the averages of our 24 sales producers:
✅ Premium Per Producer: $61,971
✅ New Conversations (Calls over 10 min): 71
✅ Close Rate (from New Convos): 30%
✅ Policies Per Household (excluding Life): 1.68

What was the best part about last month?
We grew our agency, profitably.
In fact, we grow profitably every month.
