Daily Practice Through Interactive Morning Role-Play Sessions
These sessions are 15 minutes each morning before the workday begins. Each session focuses on one key part of the sales process so your producer can practice it in the morning and apply it throughout the day.
Live sessions run every morning at:
– 8:40 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Central Time
– 8:40 a.m. – 9:00 a.m Pacific Time
Producers should join the session before they begin their workday.
Training is accessed through the Insurance Sales Lab app. Once the producer is registered, they will log in to the app to join the daily morning roleplay sessions.
No. Your agency does not need to be a current Insurance Sales Lab member to participate in this program.
However, we would love to have your entire team join ISL membership to access ongoing training, coaching, and additional resources.

This program is for newly hired producers who are participating in the Farmers Hire to Aspire program.
Access begins once the producer is registered and continues through June 26, 2026.
The program is free for participating producers.
